Hidden Gems : Lori & The Chameleons – Lonely Spy

Continuing this very popular viewed series of Hidden Gems (tracks which should have been hits). I’ll present you a track via YouTube, Daily Motion, Soundcloud or another site. These posts are for the music only.

Today being as I am in Bill Drummond mode, I thought I would let you into a big secret that a few music fans were aware of and that was the band Lori & The Chameleons. Let me make it clear this is not to be confused with the Manchester band The Chameleons. This track was originally a single but was added to the Zoo Records compilation album ‘To The Shores Of Lake Placid‘ and the other stand out track they did was the single entitled ‘Touch‘. Lori had such a wonderful sultry voice, timeless.

So should this have been a hit or a miss?

So what do you think then ....
